Westwood senior James Smith ran under 37 seconds for the fifth time this season in the 300-meter hurdles, winning the boys title in 36.89 at the Arizona Meet of Champions at Brophy Sports Complex in Phoenix. Smith still ranks No. 4 in the country at 36.58.
